แผ่นอลูมิเนียม ผลิตเป็น Type 1100 และ 3003, 3004 อัลลอยด์ รวมถึง Temper H-14 through H-19 ตามมาตรฐาน ASTM-B209

สามารถผลิตเป็น อลูมิเนียมแผ่นเรียบตามความหนาที่ต้องการ อลูมิเนียมผิวส้ม หนา 0.5, 0.7 มม. หรืออาจเป็นแผ่นลอนหนา 5 มม. (3/16”)

หรือทำขึ้นรูปตามแบบก็ได้ แผ่นอลูมิเนียม มีคุณสมบัติในการ ป้องกันความชื้น

แล้วยังสามารถ ป้องกันกัลวานิก และ การกัดกร่อนของสารเคมีได้อีกด้วย เหมาะสำหรับใช้ในงานอุตสาหกรรมทั่วไป  

Aluminium roll jacketing is manufactured from Type 1100 and 3003, 3004, 1060 Alloys and Temper H-14 through H-19, conforming to ASTM-B209. They are available in a smooth finish or a stucco embossed patterri and either finish can come with 5 mm. (3/16") corrugations.

   Moisture barrier prevents galvanic or chemical corrosion caused by contact of dissimilar metals and also soluble salts present in most industrial insulations.  We recommands that all jacketing systems have a moisture barrier to avoid heavy maintenance cost due to galvanic of chemical corrosion.
